Rest assured that every unit we produce is triple inspected and then deemed high quality for delivery. We will not ship out a defective item.
If your item was damaged during shipping, you must put in a claim with the shipping courrier. There have been rare occasions that a unit was fairly scratched during shipping. They will ask you to provide the receipt of how much the item costed and it isn't a discreet process FYI.
Cancelation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase. After the first hour your unit is already being processed.
WE OFFER FREE 35 days and under ETA SEA EXPRESS SHIPPING TO YOUR DOOR. SO THAT MEANS IT MAY TAKE 35 DAYS TO ARRIVE TO YOU. 30 DAYS BY SEA, THE REST BY AIR OR GROUND DELIVERY.
7-8 DAY AIR EXPRESS SHIPPING IS AN ADDITIONAL $100. CONTACT US IF YOU WANT EXPRESS.
CANADA RESIDENTS SHIPPING COST IS ADDITIONALLY USD200
